A former professional footballer, Sanchia enjoyed a successful playing career, winning major honours in the women’s game—including the FA Cup, League Cup, and League title. She holds a BSc in Sport Psychology and an MSc in Applied Sport Psychology.

With over 20 years of experience in coaching and sports development across grassroots football and educational settings, Sanchia is deeply passionate about positive youth development through sport. As a qualified football coach and talent identification scout, she supports young athletes, students, and fellow coaches in navigating both educational pathways and the demands of elite and grassroots sporting environments.

DIRECTOR

With over 30 years of experience in customer service, Dianna has held key roles across the high-end fashion, music, and multi-channel retail sectors. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and brings a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge. Dianna’s passion for service excellence, combined with her positive energy and deep industry knowledge, supports the company’s mission to create accessible and engaging experiences for all stakeholders.

DIRECTOR

Trudi is a qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience in secondary education. She holds a BA in English Literature and a PGCE in English Secondary Education. Throughout her career, Trudi has been a strong advocate for inclusion and equitable access to the curriculum.

In her roles as both a school SENCO and a Designated Safeguarding Lead, she supports the development of best practices that promote equal opportunities for learning and holistic student development. Trudi brings a deep commitment to creating supportive and inclusive educational environments.

CONTENT CREATOR

Driven by a passion for the creative industries, Joshua has a strong interest in music, fashion, and dance. He is currently studying Dance at a Performing Arts school, where he explores a range of styles under the guidance of world-renowned professionals. 

In addition to his studies, Joshua works as a self-employed influencer and dancer, regularly collaborating with industry professionals and attending high-profile press events. He brings fresh energy, creativity, and cultural insight to the SDN SPORTS team.
