  • Psychological Skills Training

    Our Psychological Skills Training offers 1-2-1 sessions designed to help individuals achieve their goals on and off the field.

    Grounded in evidence-based psychological theories, these sessions focus on developing key skills like motivation and resilience, and practical techniques such as goal setting and self-talk. This training is typically delivered in a block of six sessions, either in-person or online via video call, tailored to support meaningful progress toward personal and performance-related outcomes.

  • Mentoring

    We believe that everyone can benefit from a mentor, no matter how skilled or experienced they are.

    Our mentoring programme runs alongside our other services, giving mentees a wide range of opportunities to develop their life skills, communication abilities, and academic or career prospects. At the heart of our approach is a trusting relationship where mentees feel seen, supported, and empowered. Mentees grow in confidence and, through this connection, are introduced to new people, our networks, and exciting opportunities.

    Our Talent Identification service focuses on recognising not just current ability, but future potential.

    While spotting skill is important, identifying true potential takes a deeper understanding of what makes a player stand out. We use proven scouting principles, transferable performance indicators, and tailored strategies aligned with the recruitment goals of the clubs or academies we work with. Each athlete receives personalised feedback and a development plan designed to support their individual performance goals.
